The Grandfather: It increases overall critical strike damage from between 60 to 100%.
Ring of Starless Skies: It features the ability to reduce the cost of the next core skill that is used by the player up to a maximum of 40%.
Harlequin Crest: Players will be able to get Damage reduction during combat. In addition, gain +4 Ranks to all skills
Melted Heart of Selig: Allows players to get 30% maximum resource as well as draining 3-6 resources for each 1% Life that you lose.

How to obtain all Uber Unique Items in Diablo 4

The only way to obtain Uber Unique Items in Diablo 4 is by defeating enemies of level 85 or higher. As for the specific location, Diablo 4’s Lead Class Designer Adam Jackson mentioned on Twitter that Uber Unique Items can be found anywhere you can obtain a regular Unique.
