When does Destiny 2 Season of the Witch end? Date & time

If you haven’t yet wrapped up all the content from Destiny 2’s Season of the Witch, here is when Season 22 will end and Season 23 will begin. 

Even though the story for the Season of the Witch is already concluded in Destiny 2, there is still plenty of unfinished business with Exotics, Seasonal Weapons, gear, activities, the Season Pass, and so much more.  

While the major details on the upcoming seasons remain sparse, as we only know a handful of weapon changes and QoLs, everything the current Destiny 2 season has on offer is certainly worth checking out. 

So, here’s how much time is left for Destiny 2’s Season of the Witch.

When will Destiny 2 Season of the Witch end?

The Season of the Witch (Season 22) in Destiny 2 will end on November 28. Bungie has already confirmed the end date, so unless there is an unexpected extension, you can expect Season 22 to end on the scheduled date.

Destiny 2 Season 23 expected start date

The new season of Destiny 2, Season 23, will go live on November 28, likely around 6:00 PM BST, 9:00 AM PT. This is based on the current Season 22 end time, as the new season usually begins just as the old one ends.

We don’t know much about the upcoming season of Destiny 2, not even the name. But we’ll likely hear from the developers in the coming weeks, or at least before the next season begins. 

It is worth noting that the past few weeks haven’t been very pleasant for Bungie and Destiny 2. The upcoming Final Shape DLC was allegedly delayed following massive layoffs, along with the new extraction shooter, Marathon. Bungie has been reportedly struggling internally, and their attempt to pacify fans hasn’t had much success. 

While it is unlikely that Season 23 has been affected, given that the release is so close, it wouldn’t be surprising if Bungie changes the schedule and Season 23 arrives at a later date.
