Warzone expert shares “insane” new SMG loadout that’s incredibly easy to use
ActivisionWarzone expert Metaphor has shared an “insane” loadout for the new SMG in Season 2 that they claim shoots just as straight as its AR counterpart.
Warzone players are reacting to the Season 2 buffs and nerfs, figuring out which new weapons will take a spot on the battle royale’s gun meta.
The update also introduced some new weapons to the game, which have spiced things up as they both seem like serious contenders. Warzone content creator Metaphor believes the new RAM-9 SMG is a top close-range pick.
Metaphor describes the weapon as “insane,” and due to the popularity of its Assault Rifle counterpart, the RAM-7, players will be familiar with the new SMG’s iron sights and recoil pattern, allowing you to control the gun with ease.
“It feels insane, it shoots just as straight as the old RAM (RAM-7),” said Metaphor, as he shared his best loadout for the RAM-9.
Metaphor’s best RAM-9 loadout for Warzone
- Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash
- Ammunition: 9mm High Grain Rounds
- Magazine: 40 Round Mag
- Rear Grip: Retort 90 Grip Tape
- Stock: HVS 3.4 Pad
Metaphor opts for the ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash to reduce recoil and the 9mm High Grain Rounds for added damage range and bullet velocity to ensure your shots hit harder and faster.
The 40 Round Mag is a great amount of ammo in the clip for an SMG, allowing you to take on multiple enemies if need be.
Lastly, the Retort 90 Grip Tape will improve stability and recoil control, while the HVS 3.4 Pad provides much of the same, allowing you to stay on target and hit more bullets with the RAM-9 from close and medium ranges.
The Warzone content creator called this RAM-9 loadout “so much fun to use,” so it’s definitely worth a go if you’re looking for a new powerful SMG build in Warzone. Metaphor pairs the weapon with a new one-shot Sniper build too, which complements the loadout nicely.
