Working your way through MW3 Zombies’ most difficult content can be tough, especially if you enter Urzikstan unprepared. To get the best out of your 45-minute session, you need to plan accordingly and have the best items on you.

The Golden Armor Plate Schematic is a must for surviving Zombies, and players will want to craft it as soon as they get it. The future of MW3 Zombies looks promising, and with more content coming in the following updates, this Schematic is something to look forward to.

Here’s how to unlock and use the Golden Armor Plate Schematic in MW3 Zombies.

MW3 Zombies: How to unlock Golden Armor Plate Schematic

To unlock the Golden Armor Plate Schematic in MW3 Zombies, players will need to complete contracts inside the Elder Dark Aether. Once completed, these contracts can spawn Reward Rifts that have the chance to drop the Schematic.

Entering the Elder Dark Aether is no easy feat, as it requires players to enter the Dark Aether first and obtain an Elder Sigil. Once obtained, using the same rift used to enter the Dark Aether, players will need to access the new high-threat zone and complete contracts inside to unlock the Schematic.

You can enter the Dark Aether for the first time in the Act 4 Bad Signal Mission, but bring your best loadout as it features high-level enemies and a boss fight.

How to use Golden Armor Plate Schematic in MW3 Zombies

To use the Golden Armor Plate Schematic, exfil from the Dark Aether to automatically add the Golden Armor Plate Schematic to the Schematics menu in MW3 Zombies. You can craft the new plates as many times as you want, with a 48-hour cooldown in between.

The Golden Armor Plate is a special Schematic that transforms your Armor Plates into the Golden version of them. These special plates will automatically recharge, taking the toll of finding or recharging plates away.

Keep in mind that players will still need to find an upgraded Armor Vest in MW3 Zombies to have all three slots.
