A Call of Duty x The Boys collaboration is coming for Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 Reloaded, as players will be able to suit up as one of Vought’s superheroes.

Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 is well underway, and whether you prefer multiplayer or battle royale, there’s plenty of content to indulge in, from new maps and weapons to a brand-new Battle Pass to get through.

That said, arguably the most exciting piece of new content was Vondel, Warzone 2’s new map, which also comes with the Lockdown LTM.

Vondel brought fresh POIs for players to explore and an interesting dynamic weather event that provided new experiences for Warzone 2 players. During the Summer Game Fest Opening Showcase, Call of Duty teased a collaboration with the Amazon Prime TV series The Boys in the Warzone 2 Vondel Season 4 trailer.

Later on, this Call of Duty x The Boys collab was confirmed by the official Twitter page for The Boys, as they replied to the trailer with an image of the teaser along with a picture of a character from the show, Homelander. Now, the date and content have also been revealed.

Warzone 2 The Boys collab date & characters revealed

The official The Boys Twitter page shared the date and which characters will be available for players as Operators in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2. The collaboration will drop on July 12, which is also the date that Season 4 Reloaded will begin.

The characters in the Call of Duty x The Boys collab will include Black Noir, Homelander, and Starlight.

We don’t yet know how much these Call of Duty x The Boys Operators will cost, but we’ll be sure to keep you update as more information is revealed so stay tuned.
