Best Cronen Squall loadout for Modern Warfare 3 Season 4

Modern Warfare 3 has several powerful Battle Rifles like the Cronen Squall that boast a ton of damage and range while sacrificing ammunition quantity compared to Assault Rifles.

Despite Season 4’s nerfs and buffs, most MW3 players still consider this Battle Rifle a great mid to long-range weapon pick. So, here’s our best loadout you can dominate lobbies with.

We’ve opted for the VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor Muzzle to help with bullet velocity and range, as well as making you undetectable by the enemy’s radar. Then, given the gun’s sight isn’t too comfortable, I equipped my favorite Optic, the JAK Glassless, which provides a clear view.

The base magazine size of 20 is just not enough, so the 30 Round Drum is a great attachment to have. The SL Skeletal Vertical Grip grants a noticeable gun kick and recoil control improvement, as well as an ADS and sprint-to-fire speed boost.

Lastly, the B13 Pad is perfect to give the weapon a movement increase, enhancing the aim walking, sprint, and aim-down-sight speeds.

For the Perks, the Assassin Vest excels at hiding you from enemy UAVs which combined with the Covert Sneakers further maintains stealth by also keeping your footsteps quiet.

Then, EOD Padding increases your resistance to explosives and Commando Gloves allow you to reload while sprinting. Lastly, the combination of Frag and Stun Grenades is effective for disorienting enemies and getting an easy elimination.

How to unlock the Cronen Squall

Modern Warfare 3 players can unlock the Cronen Squall by reaching Level 55 and getting 30 headshot Operator kills with Battle Rifles.

Best Cronen Squall alternatives

The best alternatives to the Cronen Squall include the BAS-B or Sidewinder, which both offer similar fire rates and damage profiles. However, you can also try out some Assault Rifles like the always-reliable MCW, or fan-favorite BAL-27.
