Activision have announced Call of Duty Next, a unique event showcasing the highly anticipated Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer reveal. Here’s how to tune in and watch the MW3 multiplayer showcase during Call of Duty Next.

Modern Warfare 3 has been officially revealed, and fans got their initial glimpse of the campaign through the trailer presented during the conclusion of the Shadow Siege Warzone event. Additionally, devs also shared various exciting details, including the introduction of a Zombies mode and the reintroduction of all 16 maps from 2009’s MW2.

However, although we’re well-informed about some of the features incorporated into Modern Warfare 3’s multiplayer, we still haven’t witnessed them in action as of yet. Luckily, this is set to change during the upcoming Call of Duty Next event.

What is Call of Duty Next?

Call of Duty Next is an in-depth showcase of Modern Warfare 3, where fans will get to see multiplayer gameplay for the very first time. The devs will touch on all of the new features and show players how they will impact matches in the sequel.

Activision held a similar event in 2022 to reveal Modern Warfare 2, as well as Warzone 2. With this in mind, there’s a good chance that we will see a glimpse of how Modern Warfare 3’s integration into Warzone will look.

The devs explained that alongside MW3 multiplayer it will provide, “a look forward to what’s coming to Call of Duty: Warzone, as well as a live stream where updates from Call of Duty’s mobile experiences will be shared.”

Activision have confirmed that Call of Duty Next will take place on Thursday, October 5, 2023, with the Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer reveal. We still don’t know how long the reveal will last, but fans can expect a pretty in-depth look at the new multiplayer and everything it has to offer.

How to watch Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer reveal at CoD Next

The Call of Duty Next event will be streamed from all of the official Call of Duty channels, including Twitch and YouTube. This means players can tune in live to see all of the announcements as they happen.
