Wondering whether WWE 2K24 supports local multiplayer? Here’s all you need to know about a potential couch co-op mode in WWE 2K24.

Another entry in the WWE 2K franchise, WWE 2K24, is slated for a March 8 release, and it packs all the staples of the series—an extensive roster, new gameplay additions, as well as DLCs adding fan-favorite superstars like CM Punk

WWE 2K24 also features many returning and new modes. Almost all games in the series had couch co-op support, allowing you to exchange punches with your friends and family locally, but has that changed for WWE 2K24?

Here are all the details on local multiplayer support for WWE 2K24.

Is there local multiplayer in WWE 2K24?

Yes, WWE 2K24 has local multiplayer support, which means you can hop inside the squared circle with other players for some couch co-op action.

As for the number of players, a total of four players can play together. WWE 2K23 also had four players support for PlayStation 5 and up to six players for Xbox. For WWE 2K24, however, it appears all platforms can play up to four players only.

It is still unclear which different modes you can play through local multiplayer in WWE 2K24. You will be able to different match types, like War Game, locally on quick play at least. Most of it is likely to be similar to WWE 2K23.

Local multiplayer has been featured in every other recent game in the series, so its inclusion in WWE 2K24 isn’t surprising and fans will be happy to see it return.

We’ll update this article if there are any changes. Until then, for more on the game, check out:
