Warzone 2 now has a new Recruit A Friend feature that grants participating players the opportunity to earn free rewards. Here’s what you need to know about the Recruit A Friend process in Warzone 2.
Season 3 of Warzone 2 has finally arrived, and the major seasonal update has added a plethora of new content, such as the Imperium Intervention Sniper, movement changes, and a new Gulag.
The update has also added the new Recruit A Friend system which will let you earn free rewards by participating. Here’s a rundown of how Recruit A Friend works, as well as a list of rewards up for grabs.

How to Recruit A Friend in Warzone 2
Warzone 2 players looking to try out this new feature must visit the Recruit A Friend webpage and log in with their Activision account. From there, they will be able to recruit fellow players to complete challenges.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Head to the Warzone 2 Recruit A Friend webpage.
- Select Get Started.
- Log in with your Activision account.
- Copy your link on the dashboard.
- Send the link to players that you want to recruit.
Once you’ve recruited players, you can “complete partnered challenges, contracts, and missions with your recruit(s)” that are listed in the “Recruit A Friend” dashboard to earn rewards.

There are certain rules and restrictions when it comes to defining an eligible recruit that players must follow. For starters, recruiters must have played at least three hours of Warzone 2 on an Activision account that is more than 60 days old.
When it comes to recruits, eligibility is determined by two factors: “Recruits must have Activision accounts less than 7 days old OR have not played Warzone 2.0 in over 60 days.”
As a recruiter, you’ll be able to reach out to a maximum of three recruits, who will connect with you as an Activision friend following the acceptance of your invite.
Warzone 2 Recruit A Friend rewards
Warzone 2 players can access a variety of rewards by utilizing the Recruit A Friend feature, including two Weapon Blueprints, Double XP Tokens, Calling Cards, and more.
Here are the Warzone 2 Recruit A Friend rewards:
- Moon Dust SMG Blueprint
- Akimbo Sidearm Blueprint
- 8 Bit Aggressor Emblem
- Let’s Rock Sticker
- Player & Weapon Double XP Tokens
Recruiters can earn up to nine rewards while Recruits can earn up to three. Both Recruiters and Recruits will also receive a 2XP sign-up bonus. That covers everything that you need to know about Warzone 2’s Recruit A Friend feature.
