How to get Mega Medicham in Pokemon Go
Although you can’t catch Mega Medicham after defeating it in a Raid Battle in Pokemon Go, you can catch regular Medicham and Mega-Evolve it on your own. For that, you’ll need to defeat many more Mega Medicham in Raid Battles and collect Medicham Mega Energy. When you have enough, you can Mega-Evolve it for a limited time.
Lucky players might catch a shiny Medicham that can Mega-Evolve into a shiny Mega Medicham.
Once you Mega-Evolve Medicham or any other Pokemon once, you won’t need more Mega Energy to do it again. Instead, you’ll only have to wait for the cooldown to end.
Mega Medicham will appear in Raid Battles during the Rising Heroes season from March 8 to March 21, 2023, so you’ll have plenty of time to gather Mega Energy.

Mega Medicham weaknesses in Pokemon Go
Mega Medicham is a dual Fighting and Psychic-type Pokemon, so it’s weak against Flying, Ghost, and Fairy-type moves. Players looking to defeat and catch this Raid boss should focus on those categories and avoid any dual Dark-type Pokemon since it could have a hard time against Medicham’s Fighting-type moves.
Mega Medicham can resist Fighting and Rock-type attacks, so players should also avoid that approach completely.
