Pokemon Scarlet Teal Mask players can find Cramorant around water in Fellhorn Gorge and Kitakami Wilds. The dual Water and Flying-type Pokemon is usually roaming around ponds and lakes in those locations.

Cramorant does not evolve in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask DLC. While some Pokemon are receiving brand-new evolutions and forms in the DLC, Cramorant has no new evolutions to boast.
