After you obtain Herba Mystica by defeating Titan Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet or by beating 5-Star and 6-Star Tera Raid Battles, you can add this ingredient to Sandwiches for a Sparkling Power bonus.

Herba Mystica can be added to Sandwiches that you create to increase the odds of encountering shiny Pokemon for 30 minutes, depending on the type. Add an Encounter Power bonus to it, and you’ll have the perfect recipe for these rare creature spawns.
