How to unlock Tempus Torrent in Warzone 2 & Modern Warfare 2 Season 2 Reloaded
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone has brought the Tempus Torrent Marksman Rifle with the Season 2 Reloaded update, so here’s how you can unlock it.
Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 2 Reloaded has arrived as of March 15 and the update brings new content and major changes to both games. Warzone 2 players have finally received all squad sizes in the weekly Resurgence playlist updates. Meanwhile, multiplayer fans have three new modes to try out and a new map, Himmelmat Expo.
As well as these new features, players have also been gifted a brand-new weapon – the Tempus Torrent Marksman Rifle.
The new Marksman Rifle landed in both games following the Season 2 Reloaded update. For those interested in trying it out, here’s how you can unlock the Tempus Torrent in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.
How to unlock Tempus Torrent in Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone 2
To unlock the Tempus Torrent in Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone 2, players must get 25 Double Kills with Marksman Rifles. While this could be a difficult challenge in Warzone 2 matches, those who own Modern Warfare 2 will likely look to complete the challenge in multiplayer matches on Shipment.
The new Tempus Torrent weapon will also be available to purchase in a store bundle at some point, which is great for those who don’t want to take on the unlock challenge.
Five new weapons have arrived over the course of Season 2, with three currently available in the Battle Pass and the Crossbow now having an unlock challenge. The Tempus Torrent Marksman Rifle is the fifth and final weapon to drop in Season 2 Reloaded.
Here’s the official description of the Tempus Torrent: “This hard-hitting DMR from the Tempus Armament offers the versatility of the M4 Platform and the velocity and impact of 7.62 rounds. A patient hand and keen eye will result in on-target shots and quick kills.”
