To complete the Manifest Destiny task in Gray Zone Warfare, make your way to the Pha Lang Airfled near the Golf 2 extraction site and locate a computer. After finding the computer, simply interact with it to collect the manifest database.

The airfield is packed with enemies so it’s best to take a cautious approach and pick them off one by one from afar. While you’re at the location, you can also complete objectives for the A Single Drop task.

You can find the manifest database in Gray Zone Warfare inside the Terminal building at Pha Lang Airfield. Its map coordinates are 182 158. The computer with the database is on the last desk right before the cafeteria, look for a framed cat picture to be sure. After finding the computer, approach it and hit F to acquire the database.

Just like the airfield, the Terminal building is filled with enemies so plan accordingly. Once you’ve acquired the manifest database, the task will be marked as complete.
