Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown isn’t very demanding in terms of system requirements. Historically, all of the major games in the Prince of Persia series were available on Nintendo consoles. Plus, Lost Crown is developed by Ubisoft Montpellier, best known for another side-scroller, Rayman, which also never missed on Nintendo consoles.

Yes, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is available on the Nintendo Switch. Not only that, it is said to run at 60 FPS on the handheld. 

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, from the start, was announced for Nintendo Switch and it’ll be released alongside other versions on January 18. The game is available on all other major platforms as well —PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via Ubisoft Connect or Epic Games Store).
