To complete the Medical Detective task in Gray Zone Warfare, you’ll need to look for a medical office in the starting town, gain access to it by finding a key, and retrieve a piece of evidence. Following this, you’ll need to hand over the item to Gunny to complete the task.

After identifying a medical office in Gray Zone Warfare, you’ll need to find a key to unlock the door. The only way to get the key is by killing AI enemies in your vicinity and looting the key off their bodies.

There isn’t a specific amount of enemies you have to down until the key pops up. So, it is best to keep trying until you find it. If you’re lucky, the door might even be open by the time you reach the office, as other players in your server might’ve unlocked it.

The evidence you’re asked to retrieve in Gray Zone Warfare can be found on a desk inside the medical office. The item is named ‘Doctor’s Diary,’ and it’ll be sitting on a desk next to a pair of surgical gloves.
