Fortnite Rocket Racing is scheduled to get a Death Race mode according to new leaks. Here’s everything you need to know.

Fortnite Rocket Racing is all about high speeds and fast cars. While the game is still new, leaks suggest that the developers plan to introduce more content to the game in the future.

A few leaks on Twitter suggest that a new Death Race mode will be coming to Fortnite Rocket Racing soon. Although it’s too early to comment, there’s a possibility this new game mode is inspired by the movie Death Race.

The Egyptian Fortnite Leaker, a dataminer, suggests that this new mode will include more complex tracks than the ones currently in the game. Apart from featuring obstacles, these tracks will feature traps and spikes. You will also be able to knock other racers into these traps to slow them down and potentially eliminate them from the race.

While there are a lot of tracks that are being designed specifically for this game mode, one of them is showcased in the tweet above. In the video, complex obstacles, and spiked walls can be seen.

The map seen above is apparently called the “Wedge,” but it’s currently unfinished. So, when it finally releases in the Death Race mode in Fortnite Rocket Racing, it could look nothing like what’s seen in the video above.

Considering that the tracks still require a considerable amount of work, there’s a chance that this mode won’t be seen in the next few updates in Chapter 5 Season 1. We’ll have to wait if Epic Games introduces solo races for the Death Race mode in Fortnite Rocket Racing.

As of now, it’s unclear if the developers will include any weapons or power-ups for this mode, but it would be wrong to rule out the possibility. It will be interesting to see how players react to this mode once it goes live.
