New Fortnite Season 6 leaks point to NPC drivers being added to the game, with the possibility of boss drivers we could eliminate for additional rewards and loot.

With Season 5 of Fortnite coming to a close, players are looking ahead towards Season 6, hoping for brand new exciting additions to the game.

The good news is that Season 6 appears to have a huge focus on vehicles. Previously, reports pointed towards vehicle mods being added in the future, in addition to a Gas Flopper that might be related to refueling cars and trucks. Regardless of the way you look at these leaks, everything seems to point towards the focus being on vehicles in the upcoming season.

Vehicles in Fortnite: Battle Royale could be coming in Season 6, per new leaks pointing towards vehicle-based boss drivers.

Today’s leak comes from popular data miner, Mang0e on Twitter. In a post, Mang0e disclosed that, according to the game files, unfinished AI spawner capabilities were added for vehicles in the 15.40 update.

His guesses are that bots, bosses, or NPC’s could control these vehicles in the future, or that the vehicle may attack players itself, like a boss vehicle with no driver. We can only assume defeating the vehicle will drop the player loot of some sort.

In response to these claims, another Fortnite leaker iFireMonkey also responded, stating he thought the same thing Mang0e did when he saw the files himself in the past, but couldn’t find any concrete information to confirm his suspicions.

We won’t know for certain if these popular leakers’ guesses are accurate until the full release of Season 6 in the coming weeks, but we’re hopeful that vehicles will be front and center. Unfortunately, we have no way to promise this content, so take these leaks with a grain of salt until more information is available.
