Fans who purchased the Ultimate Edition of EA FC 24 were able to participate in the early access week and got a head start by playing Squad Battles and Division Rivals. Many of them have already earned their respective points to qualify for UT Champions, however, a statement from EA FC 24 reversed the decision to start the popular offering during its launch week.

EA Sports confirmed that the start date for the first UT Champions Finals event will be on October 6, 2023. The announcement was made through the EA FC 24 Direct Communication account on X, and fans wasted no time in expressing their displeasure with this statement.

It seems that all the efforts to qualify for the weekend event by players who have purchased the Ultimate Edition of EA FC 24 have been in vain.
