New EA Sports FC Heroes: Berbatov, Kompany & Ribery leaked

EA Sports FC is rumored to introduce new Heroes to the football title. With leaks circulating prior to the game’s release, here are all of the new EA Sports FC Heroes revealed so far.

The hype for EA Sports FC is beginning to build ahead of a major July 2023 reveal. This summer, the devs plan to peel back the curtain over the future of EA Sports FC.

However, before several official announcements arrive concerning popular game modes such as Ultimate Team, reputable leakers will share new and returning features.

Given EA’s commitment to delivering the fan-favorite Ultimate Team mode, players are wondering about the game’s new Hero items. Here is what you need to know about Heroes in EA Sports FC.

What are Heroes in EA Sports FC Ultimate Team?

EA have already stated that EA Sports FC will deliver the fan-favorite modes that players have come to expect over the years, such as the popular Ultimate Team. Therefore, Heroes are expected to make a return in EA Sports FC.

While Heroes should return, EA can still make changes to their chemistry attributes and alter how they factor into Ultimate Team squad building.

Heroes in FIFA 23 are sought-after items that honor some of the best players to ever play the game that fall just below Icon status. Most of these players are known for being exemplary leaders on the pitch.

Heroes have a league association rather than a specific club. They automatically feature full chemistry, while providing two chemistry points for their respective leagues.

• Shunsuke Nakamura – Scottish Premiership – Japan
• Franck Ribery – Bundesliga – France
• John Arne Riise – Premier League – Norway
• Paulo Futre – LaLiga – Portugal
• Tomas Rosicky – Premier League – Czech Republic
• Gianluca Vialli – Serie A – Italy
• Bixente Lizarazu – Ligue 1 – France
• Steven McManaman – Premier League – England
• Nwankwo Kanu – Premier League – Nigeria
• Ludovic Giuly – Ligue 1 – France
• Enzo Francescoli – Serie A – Uruguay

Much like EA Sports FC Icons, Heroes are expected to be rare in packs and expensive on the Transfer Market. Coming across one in EA Sports FC is likely to remain an exciting prospect.

Berbatov was the first rumored Hero, and the notorious striker is best known for his time playing for Manchester United and Spurs in the Premier League.

In the following months, other names have joined the list of potential new Heroes including legends like Ribery, Kompany, and Vialli.

EA Sports FC fans will want to take this list with a grain of salt considering it’s only a provisional list. While renowned leakers released a provisional list of players that EA are considering, it’s impossible to know which players will make the cut at the moment.

In addition, the names on the list of potential Heroes and Icons are mixed, leaving leakers to guess the status of potential new players in EA Sports FC.
