Diablo 4 players can run two elixirs at once by completing this simple quest

Elixirs in Diablo 4 can be the difference between death and victory, but usually, you can only have one active at a time. Until now, as DatModz has shared a fairly easy hack to make sure you can use two at a time.

Elixirs are powerful items in Diablo 4, but as most things in Diablo, they take a bit of commitment to craft. They’re one of the best items to invest in for levelling, though, so it makes sense that usually you can only have one active.

However, DatModz recently revealed his method that lets him use two elixirs at a time – and all you really need to do is complete the Pinch of Poison questline.

Pinch of Poison is a side quest found in Kehjistan, specifically in Gul Kea. You need to locate Baraim and speak with him, then the quest will start. He can be found just South of the Purveyor of Curiosities in Gul Kea.

The quest is quite simple, as all you need to do is find 15 Scorpion Venom Glands in a specific area. Harvest the glands from mobs marked in red (the drop rate is quite high), and return to him once you have them.

The main reward from this Diablo 4 quest that you’ll be looking out for is the recipe for an Elixir of Antivenin. It’s a little expensive to craft, costing 50 Bundled Herbs, 35 Angelbreath, 150 Emerald Fragment, and 150 Skull Fragment, but it’s worth it.

Once you’ve completed the quest, you can go to any Alchemist and craft an Elixir of Antivenin. This Elixir stacks with any other Elixir in the game, allowing you to use two at a time.

While it’s not strictly a way to let you use any two Elixirs at the same time, Elixir of Antivenin still has some nice buffs. However, the main reason this is so worth it is how much easier it makes leveling – as it gives you a +8% to experience gain.

It’s unclear if this is meant to be in the game, so we may see it disappear in future updates. For now, though, it works, so make sure to take advantage of this tip while it’s still in the game.
