Call of Duty players can visit Verdansk once again in Warzone Mobile, but which version of the iconic map is in the handheld version of the battle royale? Here’s everything you need to know about Verdansk in Warzone Mobile, including all the POIs.

Verdansk left Warzone with Vanguard’s launch in December 2021 and ever since, players have been desperate to see it return. Although leaked to arrive with Treyarch’s ‘Black Ops Gulf War’ in late 2024, Warzone Mobile brings the map for everyone to enjoy on their handheld devices.

But, with Verdansk featuring many different iterations over almost two years in the sun, you might wonder which version Warzone Mobile brings. Here’s everything you need to know.

Is Verdansk in Warzone Mobile? Map version explained

Warzone Mobile features the original version of Verdansk that launched on March 10, 2020. This means classic POIs like Dam and Quarry are still there, with POIs like Summit, Array, and the Nakatomi Plaza all missing.

The Stadium is shut as it only opened up after its roof was blown off on August 5, 2020. Plus, the Train Station isn’t open, and the subway system isn’t there either.

However, we might see the map evolve as it did back during its original run, with the Stadium and Train Station opening up, Zombies arriving, and then it getting nuked to make way for Verdansk ’84. But, we’ll need to wait and see what the Warzone Mobile devs have planned.

All maps in Warzone Mobile

Warzone Mobile features battle royale maps Verdansk and Rebirth Island, with both of these being the original versions of themselves.

These are currently the only battle royale maps in Warzone Mobile, but if the devs introduce any new maps such as Urzikstan, Al Mazrah, or even Fortune’s Keep, we’ll be sure to update this piece.

Warzone Mobile also features a small multiplayer mode, which features its own array of maps and modes.
