Popular Call of Duty content creator FaZe Swagg has revealed a new Warzone AR build that he claims is actually a secret “broken” SMG.

Warzone has so many weapon options it can be difficult to know which ones to run. While some builds are more obvious, some utilize specific attachments to change the usual stats and performance of a weapon completely.

While Warzone Assault Rifle loadouts are usually built for low recoil and long-range, popular streamer FaZe Swagg has shared a new loadout that turns a classic AR into a “secret” SMG.

The weapon Swagg turns into an SMG is the M4 from MW2, and he claims its TTK is very competitive, as you can “absolutely fry with it.”

The build is mainly for movement speed with some recoil control, making the M4 a more close-range SMG-like weapon that can even perform well at medium ranges. Here’s the complete loadout for those interested.

FaZe Swagg’s Warzone M4 SMG loadout

  • Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash Hider
  • Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip
  • Magazine: 45 Round Mag
  • Rear Grip: Sakin ZX Grip
  • Optic: Nydar Model 2023

To kick off this loadout, Swagg opts for the ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash Hider for some recoil control and firing aim stability while choosing the Bruen Heavy Support Grip for much of the same.

The 45 Round Mag keeps you topped up on ammo and the Sakin ZX Grip provides further recoil control to help you stay on target. Lastly, the Nydar Model 2023 is a clean optic for a more close-range weapon.

The recoil control paired with the fast mobility of the weapon make it a great choice for both close and medium ranges, as it’s still an AR at the end of the day. The reason Swagg calls it a “secret” SMG loadout is because it has the capability to absolutely “shred” enemies up close.

Definitely give this weapon a try if you’re looking for a new close-range option in Warzone, especially if you enjoy running a long-range rifle or LMG, as this is also a great support weapon for a Sniper.
