Rebirth Island is one of the maps Call of Duty: Warzone can battle on, but players have begun to call for the developers of the battle royale to make permanent playlists for the popular map.

The integration between Black Ops Cold War and Warzone saw Rebirth Island become a playable map for the Call of Duty battle royale.

It has become a popular pick for players as of late, as many community members enjoy Rebirth Island’s faster pace and action-packed nature.

However, a major point of frustration for players has been the lack of permanent playlists for Rebirth Island, as the game’s developers consistently change the available playlists instead of having a static set in the same way that Verdansk does.

The discussion around the desire for Raven Software to implement permanent playlists to Warzone for Rebirth Island was thrust into the spotlight when the most recent playlist update for the battle royale took away Resurgence Quads and replaced it with Resurgence Trios.

Community member LegionofGrixis took to the official subreddit for Warzone and started a thread where they stated their frustration over the fact that the developers constantly change the Rebirth Island playlists and how Trios are less favored by many Warzone players compared to Quads.

This sentiment was shared by popular Warzone content creator JGOD who had a simple statement on the topic.

There is no doubt that players who primarily play on Rebirth Island would be excited to see a permanent set of playlists that do not ever change be added to the Black Ops Cold War map.

It remains to be seen if the developers of the Call of Duty battle royale will ever implement this feature, but we will be sure to inform you and update this piece if permanent playlists are added to the Rebirth Island map for Warzone.
