Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops Cold War’s arsenals look set to grow as the new Season 6 reveal confirms new weapons for players to get their hands on.

The Warzone and Cold War Season 6 reveal has brought some excitement into the community, as players await the update, which promises more than just map changes to Verdansk.

In the roadmap for Season 6, players were given a glimpse at the content to expect, and just like any new season, it’s the weapons that get the most attention.

With that being said, let’s check out all the new weapons coming in Warzone and Cold War Season 6.

Since Black Ops Cold War launched, the game has added a massive amount of guns to itself and Warzone with the likes of the MAC-10, FARA 83, LC10, Swiss K31, C58, OTs 9, TEC-9, and Marshal having a big impact on both games.

This has been a ton of new guns and content since Treyarch’s shooter launched, and it seems they’re going all out for the final season, so let us take a look at all of the Warzone and Cold War Season 6 weapons that players will be able to unlock and use in battle.

Warzone and Cold War Season 6 weapons

Three free new weapons are coming at Season 6’s launch: the .410 Ironhide Shotgun, a hard-hitting, extreme-CQB option; the reliable midrange Assault Rifle known as the Grav; and the devastating Battle Axe.

All three weapons are available at the start of Season 6, with a prototypical bullpup SMG and a set of deadly melee tools to come later in the fall.

.410 Ironhide: Shotgun

The .410 Ironhide is a lever-action shotgun that dishes out high damage at close range with an incredible fire rate. This new Shotgun for Warzone and Black Ops Cold War can put enemies down fast, so it will no doubt be a solid choice for fans of close-quarters action.

Grav: Assault Rifle

Grav Assault Rifle

The Grav is a full-auto assault rifle that provides a very fast rate of fire and can mow down enemies at impressive ranges.

The official description of the Grav states that it has the fastest bullet velocity in the Assault Rifle class and has moderate damage output and range, so this new Assault Rifle will no doubt be a popular pick among players in Season 6.

Battle Axe: Melee

Battle Axe

Players will find that the Battle Axe is a two-handed melee weapon that sports a straight wooden handle for powerful swings.

Fans of melee weapons in Call of Duty will undoubtedly be excited to unlock the Battle Axe in Warzone and Cold War and use it to dish out some significant damage up close.



The LAPA will be the newest full-auto submachine gun to be added to both Warzone and Black Ops Cold War later on in Season 6.

According to the official description of the LAPA, it is a “lightweight prototype with reliable damage and good firing control. Improved handling and range with a slower fire rate.”

Hammer and Sickle: Melee (In-Season)

The Hammer and Sickle is a dual wield melee weapon that provides players with two very unique weapons you may not find on a battlefield traditionally. This The Hammer and Sickle will be available for players to unlock following The Haunting event later in October.

Earn this dual-wield weapon in Black Ops Cold War or Warzone either through a melee-based challenge or within a new Store Bundle, both to arrive later in Season Six.
