FaZe Booya’s classic Warzone rifle loadout dominates long-range meta after Cronen Squall nerf

The Cronen Squall has been dominating the Warzone 2 meta since its launch, but FaZe Booya has revealed a classic Assault Rifle loadout that can dominate the long-range options after the Cronen Squall’s nerf in Season 4 Reloaded.

The Warzone 2 Season 4 Reloaded update brought plenty of weapon balancing changes that completely overhauled the meta. Following the mid-season patch, Assault Rifles like the Kastov 762 and Kastov-74u received a substantial nerf that altered players’ long-range options.

But when the July 24 update was released, AR and Battle Rifle nerfs to the Lachmann-556, M4, and most importantly the Cronen Squall allowed new weapons to reclaim their spot in the long-range meta.

Recently, in this July 30 video, FaZe Booya gave “another try” to the classic M13B Warzone rifle and believed it could rival the best Assault Rifles and Cronen Squall meta in Warzone 2, thanks to its easy handling and low recoil.

FaZe Booya’s best M13B loadout for Warzone 2

• Barrel: 14″ Bruen Echelon
• Muzzle: Silentfire XG6
• Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
• Optic: SZ Lonewolf Optic
• Magazine: 45 Round Mag

To kick off Booya’s best M13B loadout in Warzone 2, he opted for the 14″ Bruen Echelon barrel to improve bullet velocity, damage range, and recoil control, allowing players to target distant enemies.

Combined with the Silentfire XG6 muzzle, it further improves the bullet velocity and damage range and adds recoil smoothness.

Next, he added the FTAC Ripper 56 underbarrel to enhance aiming stability, hip-fire accuracy, and recoil stabilization. The SZ Lonewolf optic offers recoil stabilization that allows players to precisely take out distant opponents without the weapon bouncing.

Finally, the 45 Round magazine provides players with the capacity to take down multiple enemies before needing to reload, making it ideal for high-player count modes.

With this setup, the classic M13B has excellent damage, speedy bullet velocity, and low recoil that allows it to go face-to-face with some of the best long-range weapons in Warzone 2.
