FaZe Booya has revealed his new meta Warzone 2 rifle loadout that “melts,” comparing it to an extremely popular Assault Rifle from the original Warzone.

There are an abundance of weapons to use in Warzone 2 and with the Season 3 Reloaded update on the horizon, players will only be getting more.

Choosing a weapon to use in your loadout can be quite a difficult choice, especially if you prefer using off-meta guns rather than the most popular.

In the Warzone 2 Season 3 update, the community was given a hit of nostalgia with the Intervention Sniper, and now FaZe Booya is looking to give Warzone 1 fans a trip down memory lane, comparing his meta TAQ-V loadout to the AMAX Assault Rifle.

The AMAX was a hard-hitting weapon that was considered one of the best Assault Rifles in the original Warzone. Despite being a Battle Rifle, FaZe Booya states that his TAQ-V loadout “hits like a bus” and mostly reminds him “of the AMAX from Warzone 1.”

FaZe Booya’s Warzone 2 TAQ-V AMAX loadout

  • Barrel: 18″ Precision-6 Barrel
  • Muzzle: Sakin Tread-40
  • Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
  • Magazine: 50 Round Drum
  • Laser: FSS OLE-V Laser

For FaZe Booya‘s TAQ-V loadout, the Warzone 2 content creator goes for the 18″ Precision-6 Barrel for the added damage range and bullet velocity, which is essential for those long-range battles.

As for the Muzzle, the Sakin Tread-40 helps with the TAQ-V’s accuracy and handling, reducing the vertical and horizontal recoil. To improve the weapon’s accuracy even further, Booya opts for the FTAC Ripper 56, which provides recoil and aiming idle stability.

The FSS OLE-V Laser provides some much-needed aim down sight and sprint to fire speed, while the 50 Round Drum means you won’t need to reload while trying to take down multiple enemies.

Make sure to give this weapon a try if you were a fan of the AMAX from Warzone 1, as this TAQ-V loadout’s hard-hitting nature is sure to remind you of the legendary weapon.
