Valorant Chinese skin showcase accidentally leaks the new Outlaw sniper rifle

The release of Valorant Episode 7 Act 3 is just around the corner, and fans can’t wait to receive the major update filled with new content like a new Battle Pass, the highly anticipated new Agent Iso, skins, and even a new weapon.
During a Chinese showcase of the Valiant Hero skin bundle, the Valorant’s buy menu had a third sniper rifle called Outlaw. The video was quickly removed, but fans wasted no time in taking screenshots of the massive leak.
Also, in the video screenshot, you can see the new Outlaw sniper rifle as a new option between the Marshal and the Operator rifles. As seen in the image capture, the Outlaw costs 2,400 points, considerably less than the Operator (4,700) but also more than the Marshal (950).

After this leak, many players have criticized this possible decision, pointing out that adding a new sniper to the Valorant weapon’s pool “seems pointless”, while others are more optimistic and are starting to think about a possible significant meta change in Valorant, this could end “the light shield meta”.
If that’s the case, many Agents may emerge from the gloomy corners of the reject club. Perhaps this could be a golden opportunity for Agents like Deadlock, Gekko, or Phoenix to enter Valorant’s competitive meta.
Riot Games hasn’t announced anything about this yet, but the fact that they deleted the VOD of the showcase is fueling rumors that this might be true. If the arrival of the Outlaw sniper rifle is indeed confirmed, it would be the first weapon added to Valorant. Since its launch in 2020, the game has remained with the original pool of weapons.
