To unlock the Catching Charm item in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, players will simply need to advance in The Indigo Disk DLC story until they meet Drayton. Drayton is one of the BB Elite Four members, and he will gift the player the Catching Charm as soon as you get comfortable in Blueberry Academy.
