With its newest Party Play feature, Pokemon Go has taken yet another step toward improving community play. However, some players do not agree with the most recent Party Challenge rewards, and they think that they are not worthy of their time.

Pokemon Go players have taken it to Reddit once again to complain about game balance, rewards, and, of course, the newest feature introduced with the latest patch: Party Challenges. Pokemon trainers have been complaining recently about not being heard by Niantic, and the company has issued a series of quality-of-life improvements.

One of the said improvements is the addition of the Party Play feature that allows players to form groups, explore together, boost their catch chances and their Raid damage, and complete challenges.

However, some players are not satisfied with the current Party Challenge rewards. Reddit user caseyodonnell posted this on the Pokemon Go community feed, and the replies showed that most Pokemon Go trainers agree with their statement.

“I haven’t seen any reason to do challenges. What are the bonuses for doing the challenges?” One of them commented. And another stated, “I’m only bothering for the Eevee shirts. Then outside of needing to do them for research, I won’t even bother with the goals. Not being able to reroll the whole thing sucks and reforming the party is a hassle.”

It seems that the main opinion is that challenges are pointless, as they offer little to no reward, and the only way to re-roll them to obtain new ones with better rewards is to reform the party, which ends up crippling the game.

Another player said: “Rewards are so bad, but the bonus for parties in raids is worth it.” And Reddit user thenewbae answered: “Yep. Another feature that will just do for initial research tasks and never touch again.”

It would seem that there’s still a long way to go before the Party Play feature and its challenges get the acceptance of the player community.

In the meantime, some players are still struggling with the Routes feature, so here’s a quick rundown on Routes. And if you are looking to complete Zygarde’s form, we got you covered with this guide to farm Zygarde Cells.
