To get your hands on Venomous Tentacula in Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll need to purchase it from Dogweed & Deathcap, the magical plant shop on the outskirts of Hogsmeade.

You can either buy the Venomous Tentacula seed for 1,050 Galleons or purchase a single Venomous Tentacula for 600 Galleons under the Combat Tools section.

If you choose to purchase the seeds, you can take them to the Room of Requirement and plant them in a large pot, where they’ll take roughly 15 minutes to grow.

How to use Venomous Tentacula in Hogwarts Legacy

To use Venomous Tentacula in Hogwarts Legacy, you simply need to equip it to the tool wheel and then press L1/LB to throw it on the ground.

It’s especially useful in combat but if you just need to use it for Professor Garlick’s Quest, then you can chuck it down wherever you like.
