The 151st Pokemon in the Pokedex, Mew, looks adorable but outshines some of the biggest creatures in terms of strength. This explains why the community has always appreciated Mew and be it any game, players have tried to add it to their collection.

Pokemon Sword and Shield is no exception as its trainers are eager to get Mew and there are a number of ways to do so. While some of these methods will cost you money, others will require you to use your previous Pokemon games and consoles.

Regardless of whether you are a veteran or a newbie, here’s how to get Mew in Pokemon Sword and Shield.
