The launch of Warzone 2 Season 1 Reloaded saw Building 21 become a big talking point, and our guide will show you how to get a Building 21 access card in Warzone 2’s DMZ mode.

One of the most talked about inclusions in Warzone 2 Season 1 Reloaded has not been for the main game itself, but rather DMZ and Building 21.

A brand new area that is completely away from Al Mazrah itself, players will have to jump through some hoops in order to get a crack at Building 21.

The area is a tough one and will test your gunskill and teamwork abilities, depending on if you have backup, but will reward you fittingly.

However, in order to even breach the entrance to Building 21, you’ll need an access card, and we’ll instruct you on how to get on in Warzone 2’s DMZ mode.

Where to find a Building 21 access card in Warzone 2 DMZ?

To be able to select Building 21 as your deployment area in DMZ, you will need to gain possession of a DRC Building 21 Access Card. Currently, there is no guaranteed way to acquire one, and just like any other keycard in the game, it will require luck.

Having the best possible chance to secure a Building 21 access card will require you to perform the following methods to increase the probability of finding one:

  • Checking rare Red/Orange Loot Cache Supply Boxes
  • Destroy an enemy Helicopter and claim its Suply Cargo
  • SAM Site Supply Drops
  • Supply Drop event

Normally, the use of a card will cause it to disappear, however, for the time being at least, it’s being reported that access cards aren’t actually being consumed upon use and you can keep reusing your current one. We anticipate that this will soon be patched in the game though.

How to find Blue and Red Building 21 access cards in Warzone 2 DMZ

Once you have access to Building 21 in DMZ mode, you’re also going to need additional Red Access Cards and Blue Access Cards to open up special doors in Building 21. Once again, these are random drops around Al Mazrah.

So if you’re after these extra cards, you’ll still need to carry out the methods listed above and search those locations and complete those events to come across a Red or Blue access card for Building 21.

That wraps up everything to do with DMZ’s Building 21 and its access cards. if you want more DMZ knowledge or Warzone 2 in general, we have many more guides for you to browse:
