Genshin Impact supports external controllers on iOS devices, but not Android. Also, Apple users must upgrade their iOS version to iOS 14 or higher to play with controllers.
With an Apple device containing iOS 14 or higher, you can use these external controllers to play Genshin Impact:
- Xbox Wireless controller (Bluetooth)
- PlayStation DualShock 4 Wireless controller
- MiFi Bluetooth controllers
- Razer Kishi Xbox Elite
- Wireless Controller Series 2.
