Genshin Impact constantly gives players opportunities to unlock new characters and weapons through a fixed banner cycle that refreshes every three weeks. Now that version 3.7 has been released, here’s everything to know about the current and upcoming characters and weapons in Genshin Impact.

It wouldn’t be an overstatement to say that Genshin Impact has risen to prominence because of its characters. Every character in the game ends up having their own fandom and this explains why the developers have tried to introduce new ones with every update.

Genshin Impact characters and weapons are featured on banners that change every three weeks. A five-star character and some four-star characters have a boosted drop rate and the game’s pity system guarantees them to you as well.

What is the current Genshin Impact character banner?

We’re currently experiencing phase 1 of the Genshin Impact version 3.7 which includes Yoimiya and Yae Miko banners. While Yoimiya (Pyro Bow user) and Yae Miko (Electro Catalyst user) are the featured five-star characters, these four-star characters also have a boosted drop rate:

• Kirara (Dendro Sword user)
• Chongyun (Cryo Polearm user)
• Yun Jin (Geo Polearm user)

When will the current Genshin Impact character banner end?

Yoimiya and Yae Miko banners were released with Genshin Impact version 3.7 on May 23/May 24, 2023, and they’ll leave the game on June 14, 2023.

What is the current Genshin Impact weapon banner?

In Genshin Impact version 3.7, the featured five-star weapons are Kagura’s Verity Catalyst and Thundering Pulse Bow. The four-star weapons with the boosted drop rate are:

• Akuoumaru (Claymore)
• Dragon’s Bane (Polearm)
• The Widsith (Catalyst)
• Rust (Bow)
• The Flute ( Sword)

Like the character banner, the current weapon banner will also leave the game on June 14, 2023.

When will the next Genshin Impact banner release and its featured characters

In phase two of Genshin Impact version 3.7, Travelers will witness Kazuha and Alhaitham banners. Leaks have also suggested that the version 3.8 update will bring in re-run banners for the likes of Eula, Klee, and Kokomi.

As for the next weapon banner, we can expect it to feature the five-star signature weapons for Alhaitham and Kazuha. These are the Light of Foliar Incision and the Freedom Sworn sword, respectively.

If there are no unprecedented delays, the next Genshin Impact character and weapon banners should be released on June 14, 2023. This is in accordance with the game’s fixed banner cycle of three weeks.
