Rise of the Ronin is closer than ever, so here’s whether you’ll be able to play Team Ninja’s latest game on PC.

Rise of the Ronin is Team Ninja’s upcoming Action-RPG set in the latest years of the Edo period in Japan. Players will play the role of a Ronin with a lot of freedom that begins with the main character’s creation, followed by open-world gameplay and many interesting game mechanics.

However, the title is published by Sony Interactive Entertainment and will arrive on PlayStation 5, which makes many players wonder if Rise of the Ronin will also be available on other platforms. Here’s whether Rise of the Ronin is coming to PC.

Will Rise of the Ronin be on PC?

No, Rise of the Ronin will not be released on PC at launch.

Team Ninja’s new game is a PlayStation 5 exclusive coming out on March 22, and the devs haven’t revealed any plans to take the title to other platforms just yet. We’ll make sure to update this article if this changes at some point.

Fans shouldn’t lose hope of seeing Rise of the Ronin on other platforms, though. The Nioh franchise, also developed by Team Ninja, was originally released as PlayStation exclusives but found their way into PC sometime after launch.

On the other hand, other big PlayStation-exclusive franchises, like Horizon Zero Dawn, Forbidden West, and Marvel’s Spider-Man 1 and 2 also came out on PC after launch. Rise of the Ronin could be released on PC at some point, so make sure to save this page and come back often to stay up to date.
