Stepping into the world of Nightingale might not be easy as you will have to start your life by crafting everything from scratch. Twine is one of the most important items to get in that stage and here’s how you can get it in Nightingale.

For those who love survival games with loads of crafting to do, Nightingale might just be the right choice for you. With an interesting Victorian touch and a bunch of monsters out to kill you on sight, many consider Nightingale to be one of the most promising titles of 2024.

As a new player, you might feel a bit overwhelmed as you step into the enormous Realms of the game, be it solo or with friends. To begin your crafting journey in Nightingale, you’ll need to start gathering materials right away.

Twine is one of the first materials you should look for, as here’s how you can get it in Nightingale.

Nightingale: How to get Twine

You can get Twine by using a Simple Spinning Wheel in Nightingale. Once you are done building the Spinning Wheel, you can use any two kinds of fiber to make Twine with it, and can even unlock new recipes to increase its quality.

However, as it is a starting material, you won’t necessarily know how to make it the moment you step into the world and will have to first get the recipe for building the Spinning Wheel first.

As you step into the Abeyance Realm for the first time, you will be notified by Puck about the Essence Traders. Essence Traders are fairly close to most spawn points in the Abeyance Realm, and you can simply look for one on your map and buy the schematics for the Simple Spinning Wheel for 55 Essence Dust.

Twine can be acquired quite easily in Nightingale.

Then, choose the right place to build the Spinning Wheel and collect these items to complete the process in Nightingale:

x15 Plant Fibre
x3 Wood Bundle
x1 Bone

Finally, interact with the Simple Spinning Wheel, and use two Plant Fibres to make Twine in Nightingale.

What is Twine in Nightingale?

The most important use of Twine in Nightingale is to make the Simple Crafting Bench. As you dive deeper into the game, you will need to make your own weapons as well alongside a boatload of other building materials.

To do that, you would need the Crafting Bench, and Twine is an essential material needed to make it. To make a Simple Crafting Bench in Nightingale, you will need four Lumber, two Ingots, and three Twine.
