According to Inverse, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth will take around 45 to 50 hours to complete its main campaign. The outlet also highlights that rushing through the story will meet players with some power barriers, and some side content is needed to upgrade Ichiban and his party.

With all things considered and done, counting side stories and completing mini-games, the “monster-class game,” as stated by RGG’s head Masayoshi Yokoyama, can take up to 100 to 110 hours for a completionist run.

Yokoyama provided some more details about the game’s length in his statement: “This means that a lot of people are going to hesitate to play the game or will end up having it wait on their shelves. I found the possibility of that kind of outcome sad, so I thought, we have to get everyone hyped up enough to play it.”

It is clear now that Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is an enormous entry, which makes sense when we think about the number of new elements and locations that have been added to the title.

With an entirely new city in Hawaii to explore, alongside the Animal Crossing-inspired Dondoko Island added to the game, it surely takes a while to explore everything Infinite Wealth has to offer.
