Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League,one of the biggest releases this year, lets you roam around in Metropolis as Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, or King Shark with the main objective being stopping Brainiac’s Invasion.

The game also features online co-op, which makes it one of the best ways to enjoy the main campaign with friends. Having said that, many players are curious if they can experience the story alone, and for that, an offline mode, instead of live-service, is ideal.

Is there an offline mode in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League?

Currently, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League does not have an offline mode. Players will need an internet connection to play the game, even if they’re playing solo.

Thankfully, the game will receive an offline story mode after launch through an update, as confirmed by the devs through the game’s official Discord server. Their statement read, “We’re happy to confirm, we are planning to add an offline story mode that will give players the option to experience the main campaign without an internet connection.”

As for the mode’s release date, Rocksteady announced that they’re planning to provide this update in 2024.
