Fortnite players have mentioned some of the changes that they would like to see in Chapter 5 Season 2. The players have been pointing out issues ever since the start of the current chapter, and are looking forward to the changes in the new season.

Fortnite is known for its goofy character designs and its unique take on a Battle Royale. Ever since Chapter 5 Season 1 began, players have expressed their disappointment about the map and the shift in character design.

With the current Chapter soon coming to a close, players have been discussing some of the changes they would like to see in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2.

‘ComprehensiveBox6911’ mentioned what they felt were some of the major problems with this season. Starting from the Locker UI to the lack of a storyline, OP said that they would rate Chapter 5 Season 1 “5/10.”

Redditor ‘Firebolt125’ replied to OP’s post and said, “The train is so underutilized, I hope they can find a way to make it more interesting in the next season.” Another player mentioned that the current Fortnite map missed the “goofiness.”

Others said that the map lacked variations when compared to the previous seasons in Fortnite, and hoped that the developers would revamp the POIs in Chapter 5 Season 2. ‘Dawzy’ commented, “We need variation, a swamp area with broken cabins, a forest area, a desert area with desert structures, a taco area, etc.”

They further added, “We don’t need ALL of these, but the theme of the maps feels very out of place with the themes of Fortnite gone by.”

Redditors also noted that the loot pool was mediocre in the current season. One Fortnite player said, “If they balance the loot pool and revamp at least one of the mansion POIs and Snooty Steppes or Ritzy Riviera, S2 (Chapter 5 Season 2) could be a massive improvement.”

With the current season soon coming to a close, it will be interesting to see what changes Epic Games implements once the new season goes live.
