To get Iron Wolf’s Honor in Diablo 4 Season 4, you need to defeat enemies in the Helltide. You will be able to identify the Helltide by looking for bright red areas on your map.

In the Helltides, performing certain activities will give you a specific amount of Iron Wolf’s Honor. They are as follows:

Defeating groups of enemies in Helltides

When you’re in a Helltide region in Diablo 4, you will come across multiple groups of enemies, filled with random mobs and Elites. Here are the different reputation stacks that you’ll receive for defeating different enemies.

Defeating groups of enemies will give you Wolf’s Honor.

Defeat groups of enemies: +1 Wolf’s Honor
Defeat an Elite: +5 Wolf’s Honor

Farming Helltide chests

Whenever you open a Helltide chest, you’ll receive +100 Wolf’s Honor in Diablo 4. However, to open one Helltide chest, you’ll need to spend 100 Aberrant Cinders, a currency that you’ll get by defeating enemies and interacting with Resource nodes in Helltide zones.

Opening a Helltide chest is also a source of Wolf’s Honor in Diablo 4.

Unlike the previous seasons, there is barely any cooldown between two Helltide instances in Diablo 4 Season 4, so you can jump from one region to another without having to wait for a long time.
