Diablo 4 players can’t believe “tedious” Dungeon objective is still around in Season 3

Complaints about Diablo 4 Season 3 are not stopping as players have called out the devs for not removing certain objectives from Dungeons even after three seasons.

Diablo 4 Season 3 is live, and according to players, it seems like it has not achieved the desired launch Blizzard would have preferred. Although there have been several new additions like The Gauntlet and Seneschal Companions, more and more complaints are dropping each day.

Although most players hate a lot of the new additions in Season of the Construct, some of them have pointed out an old issue that has still not been fixed even when the game has stepped into its third season.

Reddit user ‘daemoneyes’ mentioned this issue as they claimed how the “put things on pedestals” was one of the worst Dungeon objectives in Diablo 4. This wasn’t the first time this issue was brought up in the community as many players hated backtracking since the game’s launch.

“Who thought it was a great gameplay idea to FORCE you to backtrack?” questioned the OP as they could not believe that this objective was still there in Season 3. They even added that they closed the game right there, as they did not want to “suffer through the same thing” again in Diablo 4.

One of the players sarcastically added how the devs “added more of it,” implying the backtracking Dungeon mechanics, just because every player hated it and wanted it to be removed. Some even went ahead and called it “tedious and unimaginative.”

“There’s nothing fun about D4 Dungeons” added a player, while others claimed that doing “spreadsheets are more fun.” Some sarcastically argued that “watching paint dry” would be a more interesting activity than doing Diablo 4 Dungeon objectives.

As this is not a new issue and has been ongoing in the community for quite some time, many expect Blizzard to take some action on it sooner or later.
