A new Warzone map is expected to arrive alongside Modern Warfare 3 and it appears that players can get their first look at the new battleground in MW3 Zombies.

Players can expect plenty of new content following the release of Modern Warfare 3. The devs have started to reveal several details about the upcoming CoD title set for a November 10, 2023 release.

Longtime fans of the franchise will have a new multiplayer experience to dive into, complete with all of the Modern Warfare 2 (2009) maps at launch in Modern Warfare 3. In addition, a Zombies mode will be making its way to the Modern Warfare franchise for the first time in MW3.

Warzone fans need not worry as they’re also set to receive plenty of new content alongside Modern Warfare 3. One of the major additions is expected to be a brand-new large map. However, very few details concerning what the new Warzone map will entail have surfaced, leaving players to guess what to expect.

That’s all set to change as it seems players will be able to get their first in-game look at the new Warzone map by playing Modern Warfare 3 Zombies.

Much like Al Mazrah and Caldera, Modern Warfare 3’s new Warzone map is rumored to launch alongside Season 1 of the new title. Therefore players will have access to MW3 before the new Warzone map rolls around.

The devs revealed that the new Zombies mode in Modern Warfare 3 will take place on a massive map to accommodate the maximum 24 player PvE experience. As a result, the Modern Warfare 3 Zombies map at launch is expected to feature portions of the new Warzone map.

Players looking to get their first in-game taste of the new Warzone map need only hop into a game of Modern Warfare 3 Zombies before Season 1 rolls around.

With new features like missions, cinematics, and the ability to exfil, Warzone’s new map could be the perfect fit for Modern Warfare 3 Zombies.
