Modern Warfare 3 leak reveals all Boot & Glove Perks
ActivisionNew Modern Warfare 3 leaks appear to have revealed some of the Perks players may be choosing in Multiplayer, showing off all of the Boots and Gloves available with the new Gear Perk system.
Modern Warfare 3 is set for a November 10, 2023 release date, and players have already been given an abundance of information regarding the content transferring over from MW2, as well as the weapons, story missions, and maps to expect for Multiplayer.
While MW3 promises to bring community-requested changes, such as the return of the classic minimap, slide canceling, and a TTK increase, there are some new mechanics and features.
One of the most interesting changes reportedly coming in Modern Warfare 3 is the new Gear Perk system, which, according to leaks, sees players choosing gear like Boots and Gloves which are representative of certain Perks.
New leaks have revealed the Boots and Gloves players will be choosing as Perks in Modern Warfare 3, so let’s get into the details.
Leaked Modern Warfare 3 Perk Boots
A total of six Perk Boots were leaked for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, some of which possess similar benefits to classic Perks players have seen in the past such as Dead Silence and Double Time.
- Canvas Sneakers:
- “Eliminates footstep sounds.”
- Stalker Boots:
- “Increased strafe & ADS movement speed.”
- Tactical Pads:
- “Increases slide distance & allows for full ADS while sliding. Increases stance transition speeds & crouched movement speed.”
- Ultra Light Boots:
- “Increases movement & swim speed. Reduces noise while swimming.”
- Running Sneakers:
- “Increases Tac Sprint duration & reduces refresh time.”
- Climbing Boots:
- “Increased climbing & mantling speed. Reduces fall damage.”
Leaked Modern Warfare 3 Perk Gloves
There are also six leaked Perk Gloves for Modern Warfare 3. For the Gloves, a lot of these benefits are associated with the player’s hands, so classic Perks like Fast Hands and Resupply can all be found here.
- Assault Gloves:
- “While jumping, accuracy and time to ADS is improved.”
- Custom Gloves:
- “Increased weapon swap speed.”
- Scavenger Gloves:
- “Resupply ammo and throwing knives from dead players.”
- Specialist Gloves:
- “Throw equipment further. Reset fuse timer on thrown back grenades.”
- Tactical Combat Gloves:
- “Enables reloading while sprinting.”
- Marksman Gloves:
- “Reduced sway and flinch while ADS.”
If these leaks are accurate, it’s safe to say that the other Gear Perk categories will also have six options, and they too will have benefits that can be associated with the part of the body that they will be equipped on.
