How to take down Reinforcement Helicopter in MW3 Zombies

MW3 Zombies is the first time the undead clashes in the MW Universe, and the devs decided to bring the mode back in a DMZ-like way. MWZ takes place in Urzikstan, a new map that is now also featured in Warzone’s Season 1 update.

Urzikstan is full of dangers, and zombies are not the only enemy lurking out there. Mercenaries can be found in small groups or strongholds, and they can even call Reinforcement Helicopters for backup, so players should be ready to kill more than just undead.

Some of the game’s Act missions like “Saboteur” in Act 1 – Tier 3, require players to shoot down these Reinforcement Helicopters, so here’s the best way to bring them down.

MW3 Zombies: How to shoot down enemy Reinforcement Helicopter

To bring down an enemy Reinforcement Helicopter in MW3 Zombies, you need to shoot it while it’s in the sky, and the best way to do it is using a heavy weapon with a large magazine size.

Taking on Aether Extractor contracts, or assaulting Mercenary Strongholds will make the Helicopters spawn. You need to be fast, as the chopper will leave once all the Mercenaries have gotten off from the sky.

An LMG with an extended mag attachment is your best bet for this feat, and having it Pack-a-punched will make things much easier. The Holger 26 is a great choice, and you can use it with just one upgrade level in the Low-level Threat Zone to speed things up.
