A Warzone player has shown just how to take advantage of the new Rebirth Island changes in Season 2 Reloaded, getting a win in genius fashion.

Warzone Pacific Season 2 Reloaded saw loads of new content added to the battle royale to freshen up the game for players. As well as a new SMG that was so strong it has already been nerfed, we also got loads of new updates to Rebirth Island, including an event for the map.

One player in particular decided to show off a recent clip of theirs which shows them making the most out of a new feature added to Rebirth Island in the update, creating a genius play in the process.

Warzone Pacific Season 2 saw the introduction of Redeploy Balloons on Caldera after complaints about how long it took for players to traverse the map.

Now, with Season 2 Reloaded, these Redeploy Balloons have been added to Rebirth Island. Although the map is small, these add another dimension to the game mode by giving players the opportunity to gain higher ground and quickly rotate.

Reddit user TheBelgianMicrophone highlighted this in a clip that shows them using the Redeploy Balloons in a dire situation to get a great victory.

As you can see from the clip, during the final moments of a match, the player decides to risk it and go for a Redeploy Balloon out in the gas while evading a Cluster Strike.

In doing so, the player is actually able to gain higher ground over the remaining players in the lobby by getting on top of the prison. This then allows them to take out the last player and claim the victory.

This shows just how effective these Redeploy Balloons can be on Rebirth Island, so if you’re ever in a sticky situation, remember the location of these balloons and try your best to make the most of them and reposition!
