Activision have officially unveiled Warzone and Vanguard Season 5, declaring that it will be the final season of the games ahead of Modern Warfare 2.

There’s a lot of hype surrounding Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, especially as the release date for the latter was recently leaked.

New details are coming out every day, but players are forgetting that there’s still another season of Warzone and Vanguard to go.

Activision have now officially unveiled Season 5 of Warzone and Vanguard as the final season for the two games, giving way to Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2’s respective releases.

On August 18, Activision officially unveiled the fifth and final season of Warzone and Vanguard, revealing the return of some classic CoD characters and the potential end of Peak.

Warzone and Vanguard Season 5 is officially called “Last Stand,” and it will release on August 24.

As the name suggests, Warzone and Vanguard Season 5 will be the final seasonal update for the game, bringing many memorable weapons and characters to the games such as Menendez and Seraph from Black Ops.

As this will be the last season, make sure you get your reps in and enjoy it as much as you can. Soon, Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 will bring a new battle royale map and multiplayer maps for players to enjoy.
