Here’s a look at all of the multiplayer maps you’ll see in Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 Reloaded, including Core and Battle maps.

Breenbergh Hotel Modern Warfare 2 map

Modern Warfare 2 delivers both traditional Core maps and larger Ground War maps. Here’s a look at every map in Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 Reloaded.

Modern Warfare 2 gave players plenty of new features to get to grips with when it launched in October 2022, including the revamped Gunsmith system, Perk system, and third-person feature. It also added a host of new maps to memorize, and Infinity Ward have only added more with each subsequent update.

The faster you come to understand the layout and structure of the new maps, the better your in-game results will be.

We’ll go over every Modern Warfare 2 map you can expect to see in Season 1 Reloaded, from new battlegrounds to old favorites.

Modern Warfare 2 6vs6 Core maps

Mercado Las Almas Modern Warfare 2 map

Modern Warfare 2 continues to take players around the globe following its record-breaking launch. Players can expect their multiplayer experience to include various locations and different landscapes. This year the Core multiplayer maps have been designed specifically for 6vs6 gameplay.

This new focus on the 6vs6 design has resulted in a streamlined experience for players that leads to intuitive gameplay. Ten Core maps were available in Modern Warfare 2 at launch, with the iconic Shoot House debuting in Season 1. Then, the classic Shipment made its way to Modern Warfare 2 with the Season 1 Reloaded update on December 14.

  • Al Bagra Fortress
  • Breenbergh Hotel
  • Crown Raceway
  • El Asilo
  • Embassy
  • Farm 18
  • Mercado Las Almas
  • Santa Sena Border Crossing
  • Shipment (Season 1 Reloaded)
  • Shoot House (Season 1)
  • Taraq
  • Zarqwa Hydroelectric

Crown Raceway was unveiled in-depth on August 7 and after it was mysteriously removed from the beta, the map returned for launch. The map is a real standout and has established itself as a fan favorite.

Mercado Las Almas takes players to a colorful market in Mexico throughout Modern Warfare 2. This map is on the smaller side and delivers compact gameplay with fast-paced gunfights.

The marketplace was once full of customers and lively stall vendors, but it is completely deserted in Modern Warfare 2. Despite its lack of shoppers, the marketplace retains its vibrant and colorful aesthetic.

Breenbergh Hotel is located in the Netherlands well within Amsterdam’s focal point. Breenbergh Hotel features indoor and outdoor areas, but it never manages to feel too restricting.

You’ll get to witness the blend of neo-gothic and art nouveau architecture that the hotel displays on the medium-size map.

Farm 18 Modern Warfare 2 map

While we don’t know the exact location of the Farm 18 training facility map, this one delivers high-octane action as players battle it out inside a training facility as the name would suggest.

Farm 18’s location has remained classified, but rest assured, it remains a place of chaos as one of Modern Warfare 2’s smaller maps. The map tests players’ sensory skills as the training facility was designed for grueling combat practice.

The most recent addition to Modern Warfare 2 is the fan-favorite Shipment. After first making its debut in the original Modern Warfare, the chaotic returned in Season 1 Relaoded, this time onto the deck of cargo ship in the middle of the ocean.

Long-time fans will be more than familiar with its compact layout, as it’s appeared in three out of the last four CoD multiplayer titles. However, players should keep in mind that it’s no longer possible to climb on the crates, making this version a real throwback to the 2007 original.

Modern Warfare 2 Ground War maps

  • Al Bagra Fortress
  • Sa’id
  • Santa Sena
  • Zarqwa Hydroelectric
  • Sariff Bay

Aside from core 6vs6 maps, Modern Warfare 2 also delivered larger maps for modes such as Ground War. These battle maps share POIs with the new Warzone 2 map – Al Mazrah.

Sariff Bay brings players to a fishing village where you’ll be able to explore the surrounding waters and benefit from the brand-new swimming mechanic. Meanwhile, Sa’id was designed for urban combat and it is said to combine elements of core map and battle map gameplay.
