How to turn off music in Warzone 2 & Modern Warfare 2
Music in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 can be a bit of a distraction, especially when you’re in a party with friends or trying to lock in and hear footsteps. For those who don’t want to hear it anymore, here’s how you can turn off music in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2.

Players can turn off both Gameplay Music Volume and Cinematic Music Volume in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2’s settings. To turn the music off in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, simply follow the steps below:
- Boot up MW2 or Warzone 2.
- Get passed the title screen and onto the main menu.
- Open the options tab in the top right on PC or press the start button on controller.
- Select the Settings tab identifiable by the cog.
- Under the Settings tab you should find the Audio section.
- Select Audio and under the Volumes header, press Show More.
- This should reveal both the Gameplay Music Volume and Cinematic Music Volume settings.
- Set these to 0 to turn them off or however low you’d like.
How to turn off Juggernaut Music in Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone 2
There’s also an option to turn off the Juggernaut music further down in the Audio Advanced Settings section of the Audio settings. Set this to Off if you’d like to completely turn all of the music off in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.
