Warzone 2 has finally dropped, and players are already learning the new Al Mazrah map and all of the features that came with the sequel. Much like the original game, however, if you want to secure the win you’ll need the right weapon for the job.
The game’s sprawling map is tailor-made for long-range combat, so a Sniper Rifle can be invaluable for picking off enemies at a distance. Luckily, the MCPR-300 packs a real punch and can quickly send rival teams to the Gulag.
We’ve put together the best MCPR-300 loadout for Warzone 2, along with the ideal Perk Package and equipment to complement it.

Best Warzone 2 MCPR-300 loadout attachments
- Barrel: 22″ OMX-456
- Laser: FSS Ole-V Laser
- Magazine: 5 Round Mag
- Bolt: Cronen Smooth Bolt
- Rear Grip: Cronen Cheetah Grip
We begin our best MCPR-300 Warzone 2 loadout with the 22″ OMX-456 Barrel, to curb some of the Sniper’s recoil and make those crucial shots easier to land. Then we’ve got the FSS Ole-V Laser for a buff to ADS and sprint-to-fire speed, helping you react quickly when enemies show themselves.
While MCPR-300 does have larger Magazine options, the mobility that comes with the 5 Round Mag is hard to turn down, and five shots is more than enough to polish off multiple players.
Next is the Cronen Smooth Bolt, which makes rechambering quicker and reduces the waiting time between shots. Finally, we’ve gone for the Cronen Cheetah Grip for one last boost to the ADS speed, making the MCPR-300 incredibly mobile for its size.

Best Perks & equipment for Warzone 2 MCPR-300 loadout
- Perk Package: Weapon Specialist
- Base Perk 1: Overkill
- Base Perk 2: Strong Arm
- Bonus Perk: Spotter
- Ultimate Perk: Survivor
- Lethal: Claymore
- Tactical: Flash Grenades
The MCPR-300 is devastating at long-range, but you’ll be easily caught out if it’s the only primary weapon in your loadout, so we recommend running the Weapon Specialist Perk Package.
This package comes with Overkill, which allows you to carry another primary weapon like the Lachmann Sub so you’re covered at close-range. It also comes with Strong Arm to increase how far equipment can be thrown.
In the Bonus slot is Spotter, to ensure you don’t get caught out by equipment or Killstreaks. Then it uses Survivor, pinging any enemies you knock on the map so the rest of the squad can move in and finish them off, while allowing you to be revived faster.
Equipment-wise we’ve picked Claymores to take out any players who try and sneak into your nest, while Flash Grenades will stun them before you pick them off.

If the MCPR-300 isn’t quite cutting it, the new Victus XMR is another powerful Sniper that could challenge the Warzone 2 meta.
For something capable at long-range but with a higher fire rate, the RPK LMG deals huge damage and has a huge Magazine size.
